The IMS Budownictwo and Technobud Nowy Sącz group is a foundation of success, having delivered bold and innovative contemporary designs from inception to completion.

Since 2003, Technobud Nowy Sącz (TBNS) has been a key building block for some of the largest buildings, renovations, infrastructure and industrial projects in Poland. Our experience and knowledge is demonstrated by the successes earned as a result of our participation and leadership in the development of our completed construction projects.

Since the year 2007, under the name of IMS Budownictwo, we have been conducting developers’ activity within the scope of residential multi-family buildings. Todate we have finalised works on more than 1,200 apartments, and have put them into use. In Cracow, the company has successfully completed such residential investments as:

Currently, we are conducting work on the ’Krakowskie Tarasy’ multi-family building (179 apartments) at 86 Krakowska Street 86 in Wrocław.
